NCHK RUIJIN HOTEL

The new hotel tower serves as a backdrop to the existing French-style historical building. Its pitched roofs, fenestration pattern, and facade articulation are reminiscent of the existing French-style buildings and harmony.
Project design for Site-1 and Site-2.
Site-1.
1. 5,700 m² site in the 55,670 m² Ruijin French style Guest House complex site. 26-story (400 all-suite
rooms) hotel tower sit on the three-level podium that functions hotel lobby, check-in/out, lounge, shops, restaurants, and banquet hall. Presidential Suite is located on the top floor, and the VIP breakfast room/library/ business center floor is on the 16th floor. Two-level underground parking.
The total floor area of 68,300 m².
2. Hotel access is on Maoming Nan Road. Drop-off area in the forecourt leading to the hotel lobby. The hotel lounge connects to the Garden Pond.
Site-2.
1. 5,500 m² site in the 55,670 m² Ruijin French style Guest House complex site. 26-story (300 rooms) hotel with (160 units) Service hotel tower sit on the three-level podium that functions hotel lobby, check- in/out, lounge, shops, restaurants, and banquet hall. Two-level underground parking.
The total floor area of 58,600 m².
2. Hotel access is on Fuxing Zhong Road. Hotel drop-off area facing to Grand Garden.
