The building expression is Classic Modern to evoke good old day of prestigious Department Store.
22,300 m² site. The total project floor area of 130,000 m².
1. The building consists of 650 underground car parks on (B- 3, B-4, and B-5 floors), and the department store starts from the partial B-2 floor through the 8th floor, including a food court and restaurant mall. The total floor area of 96,600 m².
2. The cultural center and cinema complex (33,400 m²) is at the bridge's next block. The existing subway station is located under the city plaza and connected to the Department store.
